This Torch Mounting Bracket is for the TomCare Solar Flickering Torches are some of the BEST flickering torches on the internet. My wife and I love them. However, they have pretty bad mounting options.

My wife and I have Vinyl Deck Railings manufactured by Veranda Decking Systems in Canada. We love them. They have 4×4 posts and 4×4 post caps and they look so good. These are exactly 4×4 – as opposed to 3.5″ x 3.5″ which is common with wood 4×4. This is important as these post caps are for 4×4. Our inside dimension is 4.06×4.06″.

The hole is EXACTLY 1″ wide and 2.7″ deep. There is another 1.15 inches that is 0.85″ deep.
